Everyday and fan styles use goose feathers. Duende Crimson and Fiesta Rose use ostrich feathers. Each product page lists its base, trim and steel clip materials.

Keep feathers dry and away from heat. Care differs between structured feather fans and fluffy feather tufts; follow the instructions on your product page.

All eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. Tax shown at checkout is $0.00.

Estimated handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch: an estimated 4–6 business days combined. Our fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff is 7:00 PM. Orders after cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin handling on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and with original product packaging. Opening the shipping carton is allowed. Contact us for authorization before shipping.

We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects. You cover change-of-mind return shipping to France. No restocking fee applies.

An approved refund is returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
